Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours of notice are not charged. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will incur a $100 dollar charge. If the appointment is missed completely, you will be charged $200.
Because the first appointment is one hour long, late cancellation or a missed initial appointment may not be rescheduled or may incur a fee in order to reschedule, based on multiple factors.
Repeated cancellation or no shows may necessitate discharge from the practice.
I do understand that emergencies arise, and will waive the fee for a missed or cancelled appointment once per year.
