If you choose not to use insurance, or are using out of network benefits, you will be expected to pay for you visit at the time of service.
Initial visits are $350, follow up visits are $250. This also acts as a good faith estimate required by the no surprises act.
This can be paid in cash, check or credit card. If you would like to submit to insurance for reimbursement you will be given a superbill to send to your insurance company. I can not guarantee what portion of the bill your out of network insurance company will pay, and I do not contact the out of network insurance on your behalf.
