If you choose not to use insurance, or are using out of network benefits, you will be expected to pay for you visit at the time of service.
Initial visits are $300, follow up visits are $200.
This can be paid in cash, check or credit card. If you would like to submit to insurance for reimbursement you will be given a superbill to send to your insurance company. I can not guarantee what portion of the bill your out of network insurance company will pay, and I do not contact the out of network insurance on your behalf.
